After one year of construction, the Versace house has reopened the doors of its boutique at 45 avenue Montaigne in Paris with a brand new concept. “The new Versace concept store reinvents the opulent beauty of the first stores of Gianni Versace coupled with an optimism about the future of the house into the 21st century,” said architect Jamie Fobert, commissioned for the job by Donatella Versace.

“In my opinion, the store is like an ongoing dialogue between our past and our future, and between me and Jamie Fobert, and of course between Versace and our clientele,” said Donatella Versace. Each season the house chooses to present its haute couture collections in Paris and stages its ready-to-wear shows for menswear and womenswear in Milan. Its young fashion line Versus just got a new website this week that published the first images of the capsule collection created by Irish designer J.W. Anderson.
