VF Corporation, the American owner of brands including Vans, The North Face and Supreme, has appointed Nina Flood to the role of president of its global packs business, which brings together the Eastpak, JanSport and Kipling labels.

Nina Flood most recently served as president of Eastpak - DR

This newly created role aims to coordinate the operations of the three brands and leverage synergies between them, all while ensuring that each label maintains its own identity and values. In line with this objective, Flood will be based at the headquarters of VF International, in Stabio, Switzerland, and will report to Martino Scabbia Guerrini, VF's EVP and president for EMEA.

The Eastpak, Kipling and JanSport teams will continue to be based at their respective HQs in Antwerp and Denver. "Under Nina’s guidance, we will enable Eastpak, JanSport and Kipling to begin the next chapter of their individual success stories and together as a collective organization to become the global leader in packs," said Guerrini in a release.

Following several years working in marketing, Flood joined VF Corporation as senior director of marketing for the Nautica brand in 2003. She then became president of Kipling Americas in 2016, before most recently being appointed as president of Eastpak. It is this varied experience which makes her "the ideal leader for the global packs organization," according to Guerrini.

Founded in 1899, VF Corporation currently owns 12 apparel, accessories and footwear brands and reported revenues of $3.2 billion in its most recent second quarter. Currently, the company expects to see year-over-year growth of 30% in its annual revenues in fiscal 2021.
