Swatch Group’s French business is changing its head as, from January 1, 2019, Bertrand Delvert will assume the position of director of Swatch Group France.

Florence Ollivier-Lamarque - Group Swatch

Delvert will take over from Ollivier-Lamarque, a prominent figure in the Swiss watchmaking business (Omega, Longines, Swatch, Flik Flak, Harry Winston, Breguet) who joined the group in 1988. Ollivier-Lamarque will stay with the group and remain a member of Swatch’s general management and head of the Flik Flak watch brand.

Delvert, the new leader of the Swiss brand Swatch’s French subsidiary, began his career in 1993 at Franҫaise des Jeux where he became head of scratch cards. Delvert joined the Swatch group in 2000 where he has held the post of vice president of marketing and communication at Tissot International since 2014.

For the first half of 2018, Swatch Group reported sales of 4.26 billion Swiss Francs ($4.28 billion). The figure showed a 12.6 percent increase compared to the same time last year.
