Gianfranco Lotti is in search of a new CEO. Current boss Franco Lucà will in fact be leaving the upmarket Tuscan leather goods label at the end of the month. The company stated he is resigning for personal reasons.

Franco Lucà took charge of Gianfranco Lotti soon after the label was acquired by German investment fund Halder in September 2013. He has lead the label's relaunch on the market, notably introducing a major programme of new store openings.

Two board members, Stefano Ferro and Guido Carissimo, have been appointed joint-CEOs to take care of business ad interim, while a new General Manager will be recruited in the coming weeks.

The brand currently operates seven stores and is planning new openings in Asia and the Arab Emirates. It will also inaugurate a pop-up store inside the Carlton Hotel in Cannes, active from July to the end of September.
