My Clarins is a new line of ethical, plant-based skincare products due to be launched in January 2019 by French cosmetics brand Clarins, with women aged 18-29 the core consumer target for this eco and vegan-friendly line. The first nine products will be available on the Clarins and Sephora e-shops and at Clarins retailers from January.

Fruits, floral waters and plant extracts with a host of beneficial properties: this is the healthy cocktail devised by Clarins for the new My Clarins skincare line, described as a “new generation of skincare products which give the skin the best nature can offer for healthy living.”

The formulas of My Clarins’s skincare products are based on a skin-friendly plant complex called Healthy Skin [In&Out] Complex. Its basic elements are coconut water and Alpine rose extracts, two complementary ingredients which nourish the skin and have a remedial effect on cells.

Besides the Healthy Skin Complex, the products feature extracts from a variety of other plants, including arbutus, acerola, moringa, fig, goji berries, meadowsweet and karité, adding more benefits for the treatment of skin both night and day.

The line is vegan-friendly and its packaging uses recycled materials. The product range includes several hydrating creams (one of them for a matte effect), skin cleansers (one of them a micellar lotion), a hydrating beauty mist, a night-time mask, a pore-perfecting mattifying eraser and a cream for skin imperfections.
