French fashion and cinema icon Catherine Deneuve has turned to fashion design for A.P.C. Deneuve is bringing her iconic style to a special collection for French label A.P.C. (Atelier de production et de création) available as of September 28.

Known throughout the world as a paragon of French style since the 1960s, Catherine Deneuve has also been a muse for a host of illustrious designers such as Marc Jacobs and Yves Saint Laurent. A taste of her timeless style can now be found at A.P.C. thanks to the brand's 7th "Interaction" collaborative capsule.

For the first time in this series of collaborative capsules, Jean Touitou, founder of the brand and star designer, let the guest contributor take his place.

"A.P.C. gave Catherine Deneuve total creative freedom and access to its workshop and fabrics, inviting her to express her vision of chic, touched with whimsy," reads the label's Instagram account.

The star pieces designed by Deneuve include a navy blue suit, a jacket and matching khaki skirt, a white blouse with red dots, a striped sweater and a printed blouse. An understated collection that perfectly reflects an elegant French wardrobe.

A.P.C. has previously collaborated with a diverse range of artists including Gwyneth Paltrow, Suzanne Koller and Kid Cudi.
